Getting one to you
How long does a print take to arrive?
They are printed to order, so allow five working days before it ships. Inside Türkiye that is another two days, Europe about a week, everywhere else ten to fourteen.
How is it packed?
Rolled in acid-free tissue inside a rigid tube, with the certificate in a separate sleeve. I have sent about nine hundred of them and lost two, both to the same courier, who I no longer use.
Do you frame them?
Not for shipping. If you are in Istanbul I will happily point you at the framer four doors down who does all of mine, and for hotel and restaurant commissions framing is quoted with the work.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the tube before you open it any further and send me the picture. I reprint and reship the same week, and I do not ask for the damaged one back.
Can I return one I simply do not like?
Within fourteen days, unframed and in the tube it came in, and I refund the print but not the shipping. It has happened four times and I would rather it happened than have it on a wall you resent.
